This Carers Week, we’re highlighting the five days annual carer’s leave we offer to all our colleagues in the UK.
Liz Kennett, from our Media Relations team, has used carer’s leave to help look after her mum who has dementia as well as taking time to help sort out her finances and medication.
All this week our Carers Community will be hosting a series of internal sessions that will offer help, advice and support for those with caring responsibilities:
- ADHD Panel discussion
- Carers Guilt and Wellbeing
- Mission Remission – Recovering from Cancer
- Adoption
We’re proud to support Carers Week – the annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
