Hachette UK celebrates the launch of their inclusive menopause policy

Category: Generation (Age Friendly)

Age Friendly

It was great to see so many incredible voices come together to help us mark the launch of our Menopause policy.

A huge thank you to our hosts Hilary Murray Hill and Juliet Ewers as well as to our knowledgeable speakers, Sam Baker, Myra Hunter, and Sarah Rayner.

The panel spoke frankly about the importance of normalising discussions around menopausal transition and supporting those going through it.

We hope this acts as a driving force to dispel myths, eradicate stigma, and continue this long-overdue conversation within the workplace.

We strive to always promote a culture of openness and inclusion within our workplace, and our inclusive Menopause Policy is just one small part of that. We believe in educating our people and making sure that everyone – whether you’re a cis woman, a trans man, intersex or non-binary - has the support they need to thrive within our teams.
