Accident & Health Lloyds Underwriting Manager

Are you someone with Accident & Health experience within Lloyds and is looking to grow Lloyds portfolio on the new platform, then look no further!

A bit about the job:

The main purpose of the role is to develop and execute the A&H Lloyds Insurance underwriting vision by setting technical underwriting standards, risk appetite and technical guidance. You will also manage compliance with underwriting frameworks, risk appetite, controls and regulations as well as drive improvement in products , propositions and wordings, responding to technical, legal and commercial developments.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Relevant experience with strong technical knowledge of A&H within Lloyds
• Track record of profitable growth and performance management in A&H portfolios
• Known within the London broker community
• A solid understanding of the dynamics of the insurance marketplace and the ability to use this knowledge to enhance relationships with customers and respond to known and anticipated trends
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve issues using own initiative
