We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our EMEA Security Finance Investigations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance.

  • They will be expected to drive their training and support management with creating of any necessary procedures.

  • Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.

  • Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.

  • Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.

  • Interact with clients and across business areas as required.

  • Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate.

  • Organised and prompt with BAU and ad hoc requests.

  • Assist in technical testing and implementation of software/process changes as needed.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Power BI preferred.
