Exciting newly created Claims MI / Data opportunity to make your own. As part of the Claims technical oversight Team (you will need experience of working with insurance claims data at advanced level) you will be the data expert to deliver analytics, tools and insights to enable effective risk-based oversight and drive continuous improvement in claims performance across the market.

As a Data / Management Information expert focused on providing support to the Claims Team with oversight and improvement objectives by providing accurate and high-quality data. This will include:

• Use of claims management information and data, to support oversight of syndicate claims performance
• Identify trends, themes, key drivers of where performance can be improved.
• Checking and maintaining the accuracy of claims reporting to ensure that valid business decisions can be made based on it.
• Support and assist with delivery of claims transformational projects, claims related reviews/thematic work.
• Lead on data related initiatives to improve claims insights.
• Be recognised as Lloyd's expert on claims data and assist with wider Lloyd's initiatives to improve access to accurate data which will improve claims insights and drive efficiencies within the market.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure claims data is used effectively across the Corporation.
• Support team in the processes surrounding the production, use and maintenance of data, including producing product/user guides, and servicing user queries.

As well as having an advanced knowledge of MS Excel (data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI also beneficial), you will need to have a collaborative approach and be able to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the market, and across the Corporation.
