What you'll doWe are looking for dynamic HR Business Partners to join our team across various sectors including EU Markets, Group Commercial, Networks, and Partner Markets. In these roles, you will be pivotal in driving transformational HR programs, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Drive Transformation: Lead and implement HR and business transformation programs across EU Markets and Group Commercial, ensuring alignment with market needs and stakeholder priorities.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Enhance team and organizational effectiveness within the Networks division, supporting cultural and agile transformation, talent management, and future skills development.
- HR Proposition Development: Support the development and delivery of HR products and services for our Partner Markets, facilitating knowledge sharing and engagement within the Partner Markets HR community.
- Strategic HR Partnering: Provide strategic HR business partnering to leadership teams, driving people plans that support business and customer growth, and managing key HR activities like talent development, diversity initiatives, and organizational reviews.
Who you are - Experienced HR Professional: You have a solid background in HR business partnering or experience in a center of expertise within HR, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinker: You are data-fluent, with a strategic mindset, capable of managing complex and ambiguous scenarios while driving key HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Effective Communicator: Your strong networking and communication skills enable you to work effectively with diverse teams across different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Change Champion: You thrive in dynamic environments, continually challenging the status quo and driving organizational and cultural change to build future-ready teams and capabilities.
- Proactive Leader: You are adept at project management, with a knack for organizing and delivering key HR activities, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies and goals

- Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
- Charity days: 5 days/year
- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of whichthe first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
- Paternity leave: 16 weeks fully paid
- Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
