Loss Adjuster - salary up to £55,000

Are you someone who has good knowledge of commercial insurance claims ?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial adjuster based in OR close to London to handle our customer claims of up to £100k.

A bit about the role:

Our team undertakes physical site inspections to assess, validate and manage Commercial Claims. We investigate and negotiate commercial claims proactively in accordance with agreed competency levels. Our key focus of the role is to support our c ustomers and the various stakeholders of a claim whilst keeping control of indemnity spend by working collaboratively with the wider Commercial Property system at Aviva .

Frequent travel will be a requirement for this position with visits to our London office as required .

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Good technical knowledge and experience of commercial insurance claims
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment, meeting customer needs through expertise and integrity, partnered with excellent communication skills.
• Property construction understanding and awareness of flood/fire damage management principles, health and safety regulations and relevant legislation including asbestos regulations and equipment access restrictions r equir ed
• IT literate & ability to learn new technology
• Good organisational/time management skills

• Starting salary up to £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
