Operations Manager

Salary:£40,000 per annum plus company car/car cash allowance, performance bonus, veolia benefits and company pension

Hours:40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Location: Tonbridge

What you'll be doing;

• Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Responsible for the day to day management of operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all employees and those affected by our operations.
• Delivering a first time collection culture and creating a customer excellence approach.
• Managing operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements.
• Utilising data to improve operational performance.
• Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
• Nominated transport manager with overall responsibility for fleet management and compliance.

What we're looking for;

• Transport CPC.
• Previous experience of managing and leading a team.
• Level 3 Leadership & Management (or equivalent experience)
• Strong business acumen.
