About the Role The purpose of the Senior Project Coordinator role is to support the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives within the Global Product Function in OUP. These initiatives will generally be division-wide, impacting changes either as part of a programme or as a stand-alone initiative related to product.
You will be responsible for managing, reporting and delivering strategic initiatives across the product strategy, impact, data, assessment and artificial intelligence Global Product functions. You will also be responsible for managing and organising ongoing global product initiatives, including Education Product Forums, product strategy and planning initiatives, product data collection initiatives, amongst others.
Including the following outcomes:
- Setting up project for key initiatives
- Ensuring project delivery roadmaps and plans are created and maintained
- Creating and maintaining project reporting
- Managing delivery of key milestones, including follow-up with functional leads and risk reporting
- Managing project budget & resources
- Governance, Resource and scope management such that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality
- with clear and effective governance and decision frameworks in place.
- Ensuring ongoing initiatives such as Education Product Forums are planned, organised and delivered
successfully
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You - Education experience, including exposure to different product related functions of
product data, impact research and working with product teams - Demonstrated track record in delivery of projects and initiatives, effectively tracking
tasks and delivery and managing tasks - Demonstrated track record of detailed administration and support
- Strong track record of engaging with stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of business knowledge and awareness, has built strong
relationships with business stakeholders - Demonstrated track record of managing in ambiguity and able to create plans and a
way forward - Track record of using applicable tools for the role - examples include Office suite, MS
Project/EPM, Jira, SharePoint - Financially Astute - demonstrated track record of managing budgets
