dunnhumby is looking for a Client Lead to join them on a permanent basis, facing in to one of the UK's leading Retailers!

In this role you will build highly trusted relationships with Clients, understand the strategic priorities of your CPG supplier base and ensure the tools and services Clients have invested in are delivering great client experience, usage and value.

Key accountabilities

• Own and achieve 'Client Success' for a set of clients within an assigned category. KPIs include client satisfaction, tool usage / engagement and total account value

• Manage your own client workplan and stakeholders, antipcating their needs and proactively coming up with solutions.

• Build brilliant insight briefs and presentations that meet CPGs needs and present back the actionable recommendations.

• Spot sales opportunities to deliver commercial performance targets within client portfolio.

• Collaborate with counterparts across dunnhumby's departments to deliver joined up client experience

• Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject

- Understanding of the Retail/CPG industry

• Relevant work experience in account management
