Transition Manager

Are you a Transition Manager looking for a new challenge? This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive the success of one of our key accounts.

A Transition Manager will oversee and manage the delivery of large services within our Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) account.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for the supplier to provide the necessary services
• Serve as the main contact between the existing supplier and the Programme
• Create Transition Plans that align with the overall schedule
• Complete all transition deliverables
• Verify outputs and collaborate with suppliers to address any quality issues, omissions, or defects

What you will bring:

• Background in supplier/vendor management with knowledge of procurement and commercial aspects
• Experience in Service Delivery and know ITIL processes
• Familiarity with security classification of documents, data management, and managing data repositories
• Project management experience
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and other transition managers, capable of translating requirements and plans to meet contractual obligations
• Proficiency in negotiating solutions and costs with suppliers
• Hold an active Security Clearance

It would be great if you had:

• Recognised Project Management Qualifications (APM / PMI / Prince 2)

Salary: £65,000 to £80,000
